К сожалению ААА по непонятным причинам с завидным упорством уклоняется от подписания данного документа, приводя все новые и новые надуманные причины, при этом зачастую вступая в противоречия со своими же предыдущими заявлениями.
Unfortunately, AАА for no obvious reasons and with an indefatigable pertinacity shrinks away from signing the document by giving new and new artificial reasons all too often conflicting with your own previous statements.
Нормально?

lit. with enviable persistence
A set phrase in English, though I don't know that it fits here. I would go with "remarkable persistence"

: That is a compliment! A sounding admiration of a Christian love sort-"love your enemy".

Well, the phrase sounds sarcastic to me in Russian. So, in my translation I just tried to convey the same meaning: when you praise something that's not actually praiseworthy.

with a remarkable consistency
Ваш вариант тоже неплох. Но первое, что мне пришло в голову - with a remarkable consistency.
Если витиеватость стиля в данном случае не обязательна, можно перевести так: consistently shrinks away from signing the document...

with enviable tenacity
Unfortunately, for unknown reasons and with enviable tenacity, AAA has managed not to sign...
"has avoided signing" would be OK, too, but "managed not to" fits in with the slightly sarcastic tone.
