For the past 4 years I have been working as a translator for Swedish, Turkish
and Norwegian in different companies and as a freelance translator. I
translated mostly legal and tourist texts, texts about economy, insurance and
business in general but I also have formal experience in translating literary
texts, manuals, resumes and localizing web pages. In addition I am a court
appointed translator for Swedish and Turkish.

Other than a translator, I have worked as a
teacher, project manager, marketing and administrative assistant. This gave me qualities
like excellent presentation skills, the ability to think solution-oriented and
to adapt my approach to different individuals. I organized and hosted
conferences, seminars, language workshops and webinars, managed the budget,
wrote content for magazines, websites and Facebook pages of each company,
edited the websites in WordPress, promoted and sold services to other companies
as well as coordinated employee activities.

During my career I have learned a great deal
about people and teamwork, time, priority & risk management, organization
and multitasking. I've also learned how to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
