Hello!

I am a Brazilian Portuguese translator who has been living in Portugal since September 2022. I have a bachelor's degree in Journalism and am currently enrolled in an MA in Asian Studies, where I focus on Asian pop culture.

My first experience with translation was in 2017, during my internship in a computer science laboratory, when I was asked to localize the website of a computer science event.

After working in this lab, the radio university, and an advertisement agency, I started out as a translator in March 2021. After volunteering for a news website, a comic book publisher, and a game collective, I had my first paid job: translating an academic paper.

In the present day, I specialize in game localization and journalistic translation. I have also translated academic texts from chemistry and biology to graphic design and social communication.

Please keep in mind that, although I live in Portugal, I do not translate texts to and from European Portuguese.
