Graduated on 1964 as Nuclear Chemistry Engineer from the University of Bucharest (Romania) I had been working at the National Atomic Energy Agency (BATAN) in Jakarta (Indonesia) for almost 15 years. After retired, I have given lectures at some Universities in Jakarta. In 1985 I got a fellowship to study in Training of Trainers (TOT) in Project Management at the Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIP) in London, United Kingdom. So now I have experience to carry out project activities, especially in Training Program as a Training Specialist.
