Translafix Ay is a small translation agency founded in 2003 by us, Sari and Pekka Tarkiainen.
Our cooperation started over ten years ago: we studied together, then got married, wrote our thesis together, started as translators in the same translation team together and finally founded Translafix - together, obviously!
Our objective is to provide high quality translation services in a timely fashion. That is why we translate only into our native language, Finnish, and why we proofread each other's translations.
We have over 15 years of experience translating texts for ERP systems: user interface texts, documentation, training material, you name it!
Our specialities include translating texts for such areas as IT, financial accounting, controlling, and HR.
We also provide translations of various technical texts from household appliances to heavy industry machinery.
In addition, we also provide translations for areas of our personal interest, i.e. art history, photography, and literature.
We are members of the Finnish Association of Translators and Interpreters (SKTL).
