I'm not sure that there is an English equivalent for this. The IEC gives "Instigació verbal o escrita, feta mitjançant una autoritat pública o una persona, perquè executi o s'abstingui d'executar un acte determinat." for 'requeriment'. The situation seems to be that a certain formality is required in Andorra (hence the 'diligència') for this type of obligatory medical intervention.

: My only problem with this suggestion is that a "request" can be refused, whereas the sense of 'requeriment' implies obligation to conform. // was meant to be 'neutral, not 'disagree'
