disagree Susan Starling : As Yngve notes, Werk- und Dienstleistungen are not necessarily the same thing. Also, in the BGB "Werkleistungen" are described as the finished "work" resulting from performance of a "Werkvertrag," which is yet again different from a "Dienstvertrag."
