memory constraints (limitations)

In German, one would say "aus Platzgruenden", which, in computer terminology, would translate to "owing to memory constraints" or "owing to memory limitations", since Platz would generally refer to space, which in computer terminology, more often than not, refers to memory (either main memory, e.g. RAM or hard disk space).
