Source text - English No two human beings react exactly the same way to change. As an employer you will find different employees reacting differently to proposed or implemented changes. These can generally be classified into four main categories. The first set of people look forward to change; they thrive on it. The second set of people, aren’t very bothered by change, for them it is just business as usual with a couple of tweaks. The third set of people, are worried about the possible consequences that the change will have on them and their jobs. They want to know how to handle the change so that they can still get the best results.
