For example, people are using automatic translation when visiting websites in a foreign language.
Another example are tourist apps. They're accessible in diverse countries.

I studied Education, and after this, I became an Art teacher with the main focus on Art Education. I worked in several companies and projects for 20 years.
After this, I realize I was more ambitious than continue doing this for the rest of my life.
I struggled to find a new job immediately, so I used the time to educate myself in this new direction. This opened a new world for me.
I gained international experience via volunteering at diverse companies such as CATCHAFIRE, COURSERA, TED CONFERENCES, and, TRANSPERFECT.
So, finally, I became a translator freelance but being a people person, I prefer being part of a team sometimes.

My skill set as a teacher of training, and an innate eye for detail, make me a natural Portuguese proofreader and copy-editor.

Furthermore, I have experience handling localization processes altogether in the role of a translator (translation proofreading, subtitling) with 2,500k words translated, with a daily output of 3,000 words (TEP).
In 2020, I started translating remotely marketing and communication materials as a hobby for an American nonprofit and proofreading e-books for a Brazilian nonprofit.
In 2021, I started freelancing for various agencies, specializing in communication, art, education, content writing, and marketing content and achieving successful results.
