En effet, lorsqu’il faut s’occuper d’un bébé qui pleure ou d’un adolescent en colère, il est parfois très difficile de garder son calme. Nous nous sommes entretenus avec Lucie Cluver, professeur à l’Université d’Oxford, spécialiste de l’aide sociale à la famille et à l’enfance et mère de deux jeunes garçons, pour comprendre comment cette approche pouvait aider les parents à établir des relations positives avec leurs enfants et leur enseigner les notions de responsabilité, de coopération et d’autodiscipline.
