怎样处理合同里的专有名词？

合同里出现这样的词：

hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY" 。

这个词在合同里多次出现，每次都是大写的专有名词。这种情况下这个AGENCY要不要翻成中文？

在Agency前加几个字，比如原先的名称叫Robinson Crusoe Limited Agency，我就写“下文简称Robinson机构”，当然，Agency具体翻译成什么，看文义而定。后面每次看到Agency，都用Robinson机构。

若是由首個英文字母組合而成的，可以不翻。把US Environmental Protection Agency的Agency譯成機構是可以的。看來在合同中，多處提及簽訂方的全名，是非常累贅，因此多取其簡稱，如環保局，或保留AGENCY，不譯。

我这个AGENCY前后什么词也没有，就是一个外商在中国的代理。

合同的双方一方是xx公司，另一方是AGENCY。

合同的名称是“许可协议”，那么合同里的Contractual Products译成“协议产品”是不是比“合同产品”更清楚些？

Agency 是要翻成中文的。
翻译：以下简称“代理商”。

如同 hereinafter referred to as “Party A”（以下简称“甲方”）。
