Well, basically 100% and 101% matches are "translated", but you will have to apply the matches and see them in context, which of course takes a bit of time. Well, roughly it is correct. If you sum up all the non-100% segments, you get 111+224+235+497+149=1216. 1216 is even lower than 1244. Probably the latter includes 28 number-only segments or segments that only contain tags without any translatable text. Or there is something else that makes the difference. Weirdly your two screenshots show different Repetitions (314 vs 482).
