I am looking for a Translation Management System, easy to use and with a reasonable price. It must be desktop based (most of the ones I´ve seen are cloud-based). I´ve seen a demo of Translation Projex and it seems excellent; the only thing is that it is cloud based. I will really appreciate recommendations.

I have been using AIT's management system for freelance translators (http://www.to3000.com/) without a glitch since 2005. Excellent support.
Projetex is their agency version (outsourcing) and is desktop-based, but I don't know anything about it.
