Description We will cover the most advanced features of SDL Trados Studio 2014 in order to get familiar with any advanced technical requests we might receive from our clients. We will learn how to manage our TMs by modifying or deleting obsolete and useless TUs. We will go through the translation of more complex file-formats such as Excel, PowerPoint, HTML etc. Target audience Those translators who already know the basics of SDL Trados Studio 2014 but are eager to gain more insights into the advanced feature of the application in order to become expert users and be able to satisfy any technically advanced request. Learning objectives You will be able to manage with familiarity all your TMs and TermBases (MultiTerm)
You will learn how to use most advanced features relevant to the translation of complex file-formats
Most advanced features related to the revision process and track changes will be unveiled
Using advanced Quality Check features will become easier and more familiar Prerequisites Basic knowledge on CAT Technologies

Recommendations
• For the visual section of the training course, we recommend that you have a 64kbps link. This means using an ISDN line or Broadband. Wireless connection is NOT recommended.
• For the audio section of the training course, we recommend that you have a headset or speakers.
• We recommend that you log in 30 minutes in advance of the start time to prepare for the training course.

He obtained his first University degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Urbino in 1991 and his second University degree in Political Studies, at the same University in the year 2000. He founded his Translation Agency, Eurolingua, in 1994 and since then has been working as translator, interpreter and Cat-Tool official Trainer. He has organized many in-person training courses about Wordfast, SDL Trados and Atril Dejavu in different Italian towns and as a ProZ.com Professional Trainer, has run many Wordfast-PRO, Wordfast-Classic and Wordfast-Anywhere training sessions for progressive knowledge acquisition with excellent feedbacks.
