I’ve just noticed that there’s a new item at Proz. I’m an active member and I can't recall ever seeing this mentioned before, but that’s not why I’m posting this. It says that “the information entered will be used for the purpose of consideration of inclusion into the ProZ.com Certified PRO Network.” This being said, I would like to suggest that the options should not be exclusive:
For instance, I know at least of one case where

I've never seen this option before either.
When I have some time free, I'm going to try it out... although I don't quite understand its purpose.

As far as I could see, it's a way of extending the Certified PRO Network to translators who don't have the P badge because they didn't go through the process, but whom we colleagues think they deserve it. As I said there are several options to click on. Personally, I don't see any reason why you can only click on just one option. I’ve sent a support ticket to the Proz staff about this…

This feature is actually part of an older initiative, but we appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about allowing multiple options. We agree that having more flexibility makes sense, and I will forward your input to the team. On Kudoz, if you search for any question and see members who answer it, you'll see the words ‘Submit peer review’ in their profile/photo under their name.
