Ja wyczytałam, że jak prowadzi się działalność w swoim mieszkaniu, które zachowuje charakter mieszkalny, nie trzeba płacić wyższego podatku od nieruchomości (orzeczenie NSA), ale co do wpisywania w koszty części czynszu bez płacenia tego wyższego podatku - nie mam pewności. O to chodziło mi w pierwszym wpisie.
