Dear organizers,

With only six weeks to go before the scheduled dates of this conference, there's still noone who actually registered.

Can you post some updated information on this event?

Flight tickets are getting more expensive by the day. Planning ahead is also necessary for other reasons.

This new platform is made so that you can plan in detail all your activities during and around the conference. Hopefully you will find it intuitive and user friendly and you will be able to get all you want from this event.

This being say, the conference prices have been put on the overview page for the last 3 weeks to help people planning this event (booking plane ticket, etc).
